Bahrain-Mubasher: Osoul Investment, the legal liquidator of Al Muhannad Direct Investment Fund, plans to sell the fund's 10.79% stake in Takaful International at a minimum of 85 fils per share.
The company said the shareholding is available for sale as a lump sum for one investor or a temporary alliance of investors through a licensed broker on 1 April.
